• Process payments and manage payouts to Restaurant Partners

4. Information Sharing

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

• Restaurant Partners: Order details, customer name, delivery address, and contact information are shared with the restaurant fulfilling your order.
• Delivery Providers: When delivery is requested, we share pickup and delivery addresses, order details, and contact information with third-party delivery services (e.g., DoorDash Drive).
• Payment Processors: Payment information is processed by Stripe. FlowServe does not store full credit card numbers.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest for sensitive data, access controls, and regular security assessments. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Despite these measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. Order records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.
